Handyprint alternate5/8/2023 ![]() The reason is that it was designed with a special kind of single player scenario in mind where you can play a map of your choice without any opponents. I will answer your question since although I did play several matches, most of my enjoyment with Northgard came from playing Single Player. If you want to colonize everything, every tile, it is only possible with the Wolf Clan since they can colonize for free with their Warchief. And remember to expand strategically because no matter what you do, tiles get more expensive and at some point they will become out of your reach whatever you do. ![]() Play the Stag Clan with 0 AI on a huge map and you will get to expand to where they cost much more than 4000. First of all you should only expand on tiles which have food and other tiles which are 2-3 places away and lead to food if you want maximum growth.Īlso it depends highly on what size of a map you play. Thirdly and very importantly I learnt after dozens of hours of playing that it is very important to expand strategically. Also, the Goat clan has the sheep pens and they get more food production. I think I mostly got to around 9000 cost of food on a large map playing by myself (0 AI), but it depends on what map you get: some are more rich in food. So the Stag Clan can expand a lot more than the rest. If you play the Stag Clan, they have a special technology which gives bonus production to every upgraded building including food buildings. Secondly, it depends on what clan you play. If you upgrade them, you have extra space. First of all you did not mention here whether you upgraded your silos or not. I also play as a food maximizer so it gives me something nice to talk about.
